Water Resistant Crown
Water resistant crown varies in materials, shapes and processes as follows.
Base Metal: stainless steel, titanium, brass, gold, silver, platinum, aluminum
Water Resistant: reliable 3 ATM to 20 ATM and higher Electro/Ion plating: yellow, white, pink and red gold colors, silver color, gray, brown, blue, black, etc. Coating: resin coating Logo Mark: emboss, engraving, laser marking, printing Surface finish: mirror polished, matte, brush, hairline with Stone: plastics, glass, ceramics, artificial and genuine jewels
Screw Crown is generally used for a diver watch or a sport watch due to their sturdy structure and reliable water resistant. These crowns will be supplied with suitable screw tubes. Water Resistant: is basically 10 to 20 ATM. If higher water resistant is needed, please let us know, .
Type: 1) a push button and a tube separately 2) a unit of push button and tube assembled Shape: 1) cylinder 2) oval 3) irregular shaped. Information from you on the installing configuration is helpful to design a suitable push button for exclusive use. Please also contact us for other special buttons, such as metal injection method, screw down pusher and so forth.
Stem Tube, a key item for water resistant behind crown
Stem tubes are supplied with your original design, as well as common 2.0 x 1.5 or 1.6 x 1.4. Both external and internal surfaces of the tubes are well finished. Thus, they are suitable for water resistant crown. Besides, cold-forged steel tubes are also available to large-volume order at lower costs.
